WERQ Fitness

WERQ Fitness:  WERQ™ is the fiercely fun dance fitness workout class based on pop, rock, and hip-hop music taught by Certified Fitness Professionals.  The signature WERQ™ warmup previews the dance steps used in class and the signature WERQ™ cooldown includes balance and yoga inspired poses.  We are ready to WERQ™.  Are you? Suitable for ALL fitnessl levels. Bells & Beats Kettlebell:  This 30-35-minute class takes heart-pumping music and kettlebell moves, combining them into calorie torching fun! This class uses kettlebells, in both traditional and non-traditional ways, to create a fun, effective full body workout. Combining the benefits of strength training, functional movements and cardiovascular exercise, this program is a safe and effective workout, suitable for ALL Levels. (cardiovascular, total body strength,core)

Class Descriptions:

​• Bells & Beats Kettlebell:  This 30-35-minute class takes heart-pumping music and kettlebell moves, combining them into calorie torching fun! This class uses kettlebells, in both traditional and non-traditional ways, to create a fun, effective full body workout. Combining the benefits of strength training, functional movements and cardiovascular exercise, this program is a safe and effective workout for ALL Levels. (cardiovascular, total body strength,core)

• Build & Burn: Build & Burn is two dynamic formats packed into one high-intensity, full body workout. Cardio bursts alternate with segments of pure strength training for the total cross-training effect. (cardiovascular, total body strength, core)

• Cardio Drumming: Cardio Drumming is an energetic, squat intensive cardio class using a YOGA ball, drum sticks, and utility bucket. Drum to the beat of some of your favorite hits. It can be a great workout and stress reliever. (ALL Levels Welcome).

• Christian Faith YOGA: A God Centered, fully guided restorative, healing practice focusing on breath and basic poses. This class is perfect for those looking to enhance balance, flexibility and strength.  Suitable for all levels and taught at room temperature.​ (flexibility, balance, strength, core)

• Fit Happens: Designed to increase muscular endurance through the use of light hand weights, resistance bands, mini exercise balls, and your own body weight, this class is a full body strength training workout for all fitness levels. Progressing through each muscle group guarantees that you will develop, define, and tone your muscles and leave class feeling stronger. (total body strength, core, balance)

• I’m Still Standing YOGA: Keep healthy and vibrant with this guided functional YOGA practice which will bring the best of YOGA to you focusing on strength, stretching, balance, and breathing exercises that are perfect for standing, or supported, or if needed in a sitting position with NO floorwork. This gentle practice will increase strength, flexibility, range of motion, mind/body responsiveness, lung capacity, circulation, and much more. This class is perfect for everyone especially for those with any issues or injuries making it difficult to get down and up from the floor. We strongly believe if you take this class consistently that just like the song “I’m still standing” you will end up “better than you’ve ever been”. Suitable for all levels. (core, flexibility, balance).

• Kettlebell BlitZ: Through the use of lightweight kettlebells, this class combines traditional and non-traditional moves and combines them into calorie-torching fun. Kettlebell is a full-body workout combining strength-training, functional movements, and cardio bursts for a safe and effective workout for all ages and fitness levels. (total body strength, cardiovascular, core)

• Kettlebell Flow: Yoga-inspired movements combined with kettlebells and resistance bands create an amazing strength, balance, flexibility, and mobility full-body workout for all fitness levels. The class uses the rhythm speed and phrasing of fun music to keep you on pace and create an inspiring and energetic experience. Suitable for all fitness levels. (strength conditioning, flexibility, balance)

​• Muscle Up:  This upper body conditioning class is designed to strengthen and chisel your biceps, triceps, back, chest and shoulders.  Plus add in the some core as a bonus.  For all fitness levels. (upper body strength, core)

• POP Pilates: POP Pilates is a powerful fusion of music, strength, and choreography that takes classical Pilates to the next level. POP Pilates is a dance on the mat. POP Pilates is Pilates choreographed to top hits for a total body workout that hits every muscle group while taking your mind off the moves and creating fun with the music. Suitable for all fitness levels. (strength, core, balance, flexibility)

• POUND Rockout-Workout:  POUND is a full-body fitness jam session that combines easy to follow (not complex or embarrassing) cardio moves with strength training and constant simulated drumming using lightly weighted drumsticks called Ripstix! Suitable for all fitness levels. (Lower body strength, core, balance)


• Simply Stretch:  Is your body looking for a good stretch, but you are having a hard time getting it done on your own? Join us for this 30-minute class which will give all those major muscle groups and some of the others a good stretching. Your body will love you for it. Some stretches may incorporate a resistance band. (All fitness levels)

​•Total Barre: Total Barre® combines attributes of Pilates, dance, and personal training. We incorporate small isolated movement to fatigue the muscles, large range motion to elevate the heart rate, and sequencing that incorporates upper and lower body to make every minute count. This results in a total body workout that leaves you mentally strong and feeling accomplished. For all fitness levels. (lower body strength, flexibility, balance, core)

•TOUR 10: Experience our brand new Circuit Training that features 10 different exercise stations. It’s the perfect training class for gaining strength, endurance, and core stability. This Circuit Interval Class is designed for the BEGINNER to the EXPERIENCED fitness fanatic with our different levels of exercises presented at each station. In this 50-minute session, you will experience a dynamic and invigorating workout utilizing a wide range of special equipment such as Barbells, TRX, yoga balls, Bosu, resistance bands, and many more while being guided and coach by a Z Spot Fitness Personal Trainer. Our Circuit Interval Class is specifically tailored to provide a comprehensive full-body workout, targeting different muscle groups while keeping your heart rate elevated throughout the session. By combining different exercises and equipment variations, this class offers a unique and effective approach to achieving your fitness goals.

• Zumba Gold Fitness ® (Low-Impact): This class takes all the calorie-burning fun of our regular Zumba classes and modifies the moves and pacing to suit the needs those recovering from injury, starting their journey to a fit and healthy lifestyle, active older participants or anyone who needs a workout with less of an impact on their joints. For all fitness levels especially beginners. (cardiovascular)
